There are stairs to access the Driving Test Centre and a car park.

The best test centre to choose for your practical test is in the area which you are most familiar with and where you will take your driving lessons. This is particularly relevant if your test date is approaching in weeks. If you are taking lessons from us then our driving instructors will take you on test routes under conditions similar to your test and will discuss possible critical mistakes on those routes. Feel free to ask your driving instructor for more information.

Test Centre Area Information

Goodmayes test centre is located just off the busy High Street. The test centre has a small car park which can be used for bay parking. Due to the size of the car park at Goodmayes it is advisable not to arrive at the test centre until around 10 minutes before your test. There is more emphasis on dual carriageway driving than country lanes. Areas covered by the test routes can include Goodmayes, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Hainault, Chadwell Heath and Gants Hill.
